Boardroom Hire
Mamabulanjin will provide you the opportunity to hire a professionally fitted-out boardroom for a range of different uses. Our boardroom can easily accommodate 30 people and perfect for holding meeting with clients, small training courses. AGM and more, with air conditioning facilities installed. We are open Monday to Friday 8am – 4-30 pm.

Catering
Coffee, tea & water are provided with the meeting room.
We are also able to arrange any catering, that you may require including morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch that can be arranged by our staff.

Technology
We have several whiteboard for use, you can bring your own laptop or USB for PowerPoint presentations and we can provide any printing or emailing that you require. We have electronic projector system installed for presentations with access to free Wi-Fi. Full teleconferencing facilities are available.

Easy Booking system
The boardroom can be booked by the hour or an entire day. Bookings can be requested via Email to mac.reception@mama.org.au or by Phone to (08) 9192 1662.
